FRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for a office based role in CoLongford. This is a full time permanent position.The successful candidate will hold a general role within the Finance Department. This role also involves Payroll and my client will give full training on payroll for the successful candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career!

* * Payroll experience is a advantage but full training will be given on payroll for the successful candidate. * *

Duties will include:

* Credit Control
* · Administering credit memos and allocating cash.
* · Investigating and resolving all customers queries,
* · Produce weekly debtor analysis reports as well as ad-hoc reports.
* · Checking customer's credit.
* · Ensuring customers pay on time.
* · Escalating to Head of Finance if clients do not pay their debts on time.
* · Maintaining accurate records
* · Implementing changes in the company's credit control systemwhere required
* Payroll
* · Process up to date payroll reports and financial reports as required by management.
* · Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain payroll information.
* · Resolving any discrepancies.
* · Year-end processing.
* · Assist with populating and updating rotas where necessary.
* · Support Head of Finance in reporting and statistical analysis in an accurate and timely fashion.
* · Liaise with managers, HR, employees and any other third parties where necessary.
* · Responsibility for maintaining all payroll documentation and records that may be required for audit purposes.
* · Evaluate information to determine compliance with regulations.
* Full analysis and reporting of cost centres

The Candidate:* Leaving Cert Standard
* A relevant third level relevant qualification advantage
* Desirable, 2 year's experience in amanufacturing or similar environment.
* Relevant administration, credit control or payroll experience
* Good working knowledge & proficiency of software packages including Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/PowerPoint Job
