Description:
Work Wales are working with a prestigious consultancy company based in Pontypridd. We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, detail-orientated and organised indiviual to join a small, but growing, office team.
In this role you will be responsible for the following main duties:
* Collating all commission invoices, setting them up in the bank and updating the commissionsregister.
* Filing all company invoices in the relevant system for ease of access for offsite accountants.
* Leasing with offsite accountants for all accounts filings.
* Reconcile xero.
* Track all payments in and out of multi-currency accounts andmaintain payment registers for each.
* Monitor all incoming loan repayments and update the relevant registers.
* General Ad-hoc administrative duties.
* Compiling and reconciling monthly staff expenses reports.
* Payroll
* General register/bookkeeping
* Setting up payments ready for authorisation in the bank and leasing with Directors.
* Compiling monthly incoming/outgoing forecasts.
* Monitoring of Aged debt report and liaising with law firms to obtain repayment schedules.
What we are looking for:
* An understanding of Finance processes & good practice is required.
* Experience of working within a busyFinance department is essential.
* Experience of running a Purchase Ledger
* Bookkeeping.
* Knowledge & experience ofMicrosoft Office & accountancy software, in particular the use of spreadsheets.

Position Details:
* Permanent full-time position after probationary period.
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
