Bookkeeper | Commercial Family Office | Gibraltar | Office Based | Excellent Salary offered according to experience
Bookkeeper required for an expanding commercial Family office based in Gibraltar. You will have a good eye for detail, be part orfully qualified AAT or ACCA and be used to working in the management accounts process to a competent level. The Bookkeeper willideally have worked in a similar role during the last 3 to 5 years and be confident in their numeracy skills. It is a fast-paced working environment with opportunities to grow.

Reporting to the Financial Controller
What You Will Be Doing*
Using Oracle NetSuite to maintain the accounting records of all entities within the Group
*
Generate managementaccounts and the required reporting as management require
*
Bank Reconciliations
*
Payment Reconciliations to Supplier Statements
*
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for daily use
*
Other ad hoc finance & administration tasks as required
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
*
3 years minimum experience in a similar role*
Part or fully qualified AAT or ACCA or similar
*
If part qualified studying towards full qualification
*
Good attention to detail, particularly with reference to high volume payments
*
Confident with Excel and office tech in general
