Financial Analyst soughtby leading International digital company, you will be involved with the financial and reporting requirements ensuring deadlinesare met. You will ideally be AAT or ACCA part qualified or similar, with advanced Excel skills. Candidates with no accounting qualifications but who have relevant experience will also be considered.
As the Financial Analyst you will provide insightful information to the management to assist the decision-making process across the business. The aim is to improve the impact and understanding of financial reports on business performance.

What You Will Be Doing
* Collaborate with department heads to provide financialanalysis and insights on KPI's to aid decision making.
* Assist with the development of financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and forecasts.
* Assist with the reporting on monthly performance against budgets and forecasts.
* Identify and justify areas for improvement.
* Provide support for other members of the finance team in relation to analytics.
* Ad hocprojects/reports as and when requested from HQ.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
* Highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills.
* Previous FP&A experience preferred.
* Experience compiling budgets and forecasts.
* AAT Qualified. Part Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA or similar or Qualified By Experience in a similar role.
* Strong personality and excellent communication skills
* Experience with challenging Managers on their forecast
* Proactive
