Description:
My client, the leading software solutions provider in the industry, is looking for a skilled Payroll & Accounts Administrator to become an integral part of their dynamic Finance Department at theDublin HQ, in Blanchardstown.
You will be reporting to the Group Revenue Controller.
This is a full-time and permanent role, based in the office 3 days per week.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ownership of the payroll function for Ireland and the UK* Issue ad hoc monthly debtor invoices
* Prepare and first review of Group Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Reconcile customeraccounts
* Complete revenue and payroll journal entries and other month-end-related activities
* Review AR-aged debtors andcash collection where necessary
* Assist with other assignments/projects as directed by the Group Revenue Controller
In order to be successful you will have:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll processing and an accounting function
* An accountancy qualification or a professional certificate/training in bookkeeping
* A strong working knowledge of accounting systems and payroll software
* Advanced Excel skills
* Demonstrable sense of confidentiality and discretion
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to work to tight schedules and adhere todeadlines
* A collaborative mindset
* Knowledge of Netsuite and Collsoft
