Work Wales are excited to be working with a large local manufacturer of access equipment to offer an opportunity to join their growing team as an Account Manager.



Job Title: Account Manger

Hours of work: 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri



Duties will include but aren't limited to:

* Answering all customer account queries from initial enquiry to sale
* Responding in a timely manner to customer account enquires by email or by phone
* Quoting pricing, lead times and carriage correctly from the system
* Managing account relationships with specifically identified key clients and a complete client portfolio to achieve yearly growth and maximise customer satisfaction
* Providing information to customers regarding order status/stock availability* Cross and up-selling on all orders to maximise sales potential
* Offering alternative products to clients to achieve sales* Working with the accounting system "Winman" to assist in enquiries and to process order entry
* Presenting new products and promotions to customer portfolio
* Resolving post-despatch issues to ensure customer satisfaction
* To process and manageall aspects of key account management including processing, problem solving,
* Working with colleagues to provide cover during absences
* Managing internal and external marketing including product info, spec sheets, catalogues, website, promotions, social media advertising, trade shows and other off-site displays
* Working with the Head of Sales to arrange and manage PASMA and Ladder Association Course training courses



The ideal candidate will:

* Demonstrate outstanding sales skills, recognising and identifying opportunities for company growth
* Have exceptional customer service skills
* Demonstrate an ability to solve problems and resolve issues independently
* Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal



Suitable training will be given in all the above areas to the successful candidate.
