In response to securing multiple new accounts, our client is expanding the Customer Support team and seeking a dynamic Inbound Customer Service Representative.The Role:
As a vital member of a collaborative team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries such as order tracking and delivery status. Your role involves effective communication and collaboration with various departments within the organization to obtain accurate information and relay it promptly to clients.
