Regional Accounts Team Leader

A leading global manufacturer who pride themselves in putting their customers first and continually striveto provide the best service that they can are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage the regional accounts team who inturn support the External Sales team
The main purpose of the role will be to lead a Customer Service Team, focusing onprioritisation of workload to meet agreed deadlines and SLA's. engage and develop relationships within a given territory promoting the portfolio of products and set standards for the team to optimize opportunities
Day to day duties will include:* Assessing and allocating Team KPI's
* Reporting of department KPI's
* Managing the team's activities on a daily basis.
* Working closely and collaborating with Marketing, Technical Services, Operations and Manufacturing to coordinate and driveactivities.
* Being the point of escalation as customer liaison on behalf of the department/customer.
* Managing the team to ensure they are consistently delivering exceptional service.
* Directing and driving performance management culture within the team
* Coaching the team to improve their skills and knowledge
The person
* Previous experience within in a similar role managing a small team
* Familiar with CRM systems
* Be Customer-focused.
* Have a process driven approach towork
* Be commercially aware.
* Ambitious in seeking training and/or further development
* Excellent time management skills
