FRS Recruitment is now working with our agri business partner and inviting applications for the role of 'Agri Counter Sales' to be based in Gaeshill, Co. Offaly. Indeed this is a permanent role.
Duties:
* Provide advice, support and sales to farmers on a wide range of farm inputs.
* Stock control and merchandising.
* Merchandising, ordering & stock control.
* Generating new ideas and promotions for the store
* Evaluate a customer's needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
* Making sure the shop floor and yard runs smoothly.
Candidate profile:
* Showing a real passion for customer focus sales and agriculture will enable you to thrive in a role that is challenging and demanding- achieving targets for business growth, increased sales, margin and operating standards.
* Sales focused with proven agri sales experience.
* Agricultural background and interest is essential
* Agriculture qualification would be an advantage
* Ambitious with strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise work
