Work Wales have a new position for a Qualified Nurse to join a passionate and caring team who are wanting to make a difference in the wellbeing of those they support. This position is within a unit supporting individuals who have a mental illnessdiagnosis, or personality disorder.
The company's aim is to provide service users with targets and goals to reintegrate backinto the community and live independently. The company are looking for somebody who is positive, punctual, and motivated to make a difference in the life of the individuals they support.
What we are looking for:
* Experienced Nurse (RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or RNLD).
* Valid NMC registration.
* Experience working with mental health and challengingbehaviours.
* Effective communication skills.
* Excellent administrative skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.* Effective organisational skills.
* Person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing, with dedication and compassionate nursing skills.
* To ensure an accurate method for the recording of patient's information.
* Demonstrate high values and a commitment to leading and supporting others.
