Work Wales have a new position for a Qualified Nurse to join a passionate and caring team who are wanting to make a difference inthe well-being of those they support.
This position is working in a large residential/nursing unit supporting individuals who have a mental illness diagnosis, or acquired brain injury.
The company's aim is to improve, or maintain, the independence levels of the people that you support. The company want everyone to benefit from the highest level of care and support.What we are looking for:
* Experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Registered Nurse (RGN), or RNLD.
* Valid NMC registration.
* Experience working with mental health.
* Effective communication skills.
* Excellent administrative skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
* Effective organisational skills.
* Person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing, with dedication and compassionate nursing skills.
* To ensure an accurate method for the recording of patient's information.
* Demonstrate high values and a commitment to leading and supporting others.
