Work Walesare working with an organisation to find a compassionate and committed Manager. The role will involve supporting individuals who have Learning Disabilities to develop life skills along, pursuing any activities and interests they may have and achieve the highest levels of independence. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operation and continued development of the service.
Duties:
* Provide care and support to individuals in two care settings
* Assist with daily living activities* Coordinate and schedule medical appointments
* Create and implement individualised care plans
* Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for individuals
* Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive careSkills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
*Compassionate and patient demeanour
* Knowledge of medication administration procedures
* Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
This position requires a caring individual who is dedicated to providing quality care to individuals in three small care settings. The Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of the individuals undertheir care. Pleasenote that this role requires you to have a Full UK Driving Licence, NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification and the willingness to complete your Level 4/5.
