Package:
* Salary: £27-31k per annum
* Employment Type: Permanent
* Monday to Friday (no compulsory weekends)
* Overtime available
* Two performance incentives a month.
Duties:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'llplay a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive top-notch service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting installations of water systems with precision and professionalism
* Performing maintenance and repairs promptly to keepsystems in optimal condition
* Providing engaging product demonstrations to showcase system features
* Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and friendly service
* Maintaining accurate service records and contributing feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
* A personable demeanour and excellent communication skills
* Previousexperience in field service or similar roles
* Proficiency in basic plumbing tasks
* Reliability and the ability to work independently
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record
