Installation Engineer / Site Maintenance Operative
Llanelli
£26000 - £28000 negotiable Pro Rata
6 Month Contract
The Role
Reporting to the Lead Installation Engineer you will work on a project that will requireyou to travel to different sites throughout the UK.
The role will provide you with travel, accommodation and daily allowances when required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements during alloperations and activities
* Ensure high standards of housekeeping within your working areas
* Work in a team of operativeson water treatment installation and environmental projects worldwide
* Maintain existing equipment and in service systems
*Deploy to various sites to assist with installation or environmental protection and clean up.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have the following skills, attributes and training:
* The ability to work flexibly within the requirements of the business
* Logical fault finder with a systematic approach
* Ability to prioritise urgent from less urgentjobs
* Must be a team player with sound interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach to tasks
* Attention to detail and highstandard of finish to all work carried out
Desirable:
* NVQ level 3 in relevant field.
* Installation experiencein the Water Sector
* Previous experience working with electrical works or engineering.
* Forklift Licence
* Constructionsite work experience
* Emergency First Aid Trained
Essential:
* Drivers Licence
* Reliable
* Hard workingIn Return
