*Collaborate with the Quality Manager to uphold their Quality Management System.
*Investigate andaddress internal and external quality non-conformities.
*Lead and participate in internal audits.
*Drive projects aimed atenhancing product quality and process efficiency.
*Support sample builds and facilitate data collection.
*Effectively communicate quality standards across the organization.
*Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster a respectful workplace environment.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in Quality engineering or coordination roles.
*Proficient in problem-solving using quality tools.
*Skilled in conducting internal audits.
*Ability to interpret drawings and employ first principle measuring techniques.
*Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
*Ideally educated in Engineeringor a related technical field.
*3-5 years of experience in a technical quality role.
*Internal or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
*Proven track record of problem-solving to ensure compliance.
