Commercial Insurance Account Handler
Liverpool + Hybrid Working
Salary up to £50,000
Are you an experienced and customer-focused commercial insurance professional? A rapidly growing brokerage is looking to make some key hires in their Liverpool office, people that want to help continue that growth and are motivated by seeing their company success.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial insurance accountsfor businesses in and around Liverpool. You'll ensure their clients receive exceptional commercial insurance services and tailored business insurance solutions to meet their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their operations, risks, and commercial insurance coverage needs.
* Conductthorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on appropriate commercial insurance policies and business insurance packages.
* Negotiate with top insurance providers to secure competitive pricing and favourable policy terms.
* Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and modifications promptly.
* Promptly respond to client inquiries, claims, and concerns, delivering outstanding customer service.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and commercial insurance product offerings to recommend optimal solutions.
* Collaborate with colleagues and insurance providers to ensure seamless commercial account management.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler or a similar commercial insurance role.* Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products including property, liability, and specialised coverage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with commercial clients.
* Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities for commercial insurance accounts.
* Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.
