The Company
Opportunity to join one of Llanelli's leading firm of solicitors in Llanelli. Currently in a growth phase and looking for top local talent to join their organisation.
The Role
A challenging and demanding role that offers a varied and interesting working day. You will be based in the Family law department and your duties will include:
* Preparation of court bundles
* Preparing paperwork and court forms and lodging the same withthe courts, sending to barristers or clients
* Audio typing using a digital dictation system and filing
* Maintaining records and use of a case management system
* Diary organisation
* Taking phone calls
* Liaising with Clients and BarristersRequirements
The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
* Previous experience with family law within a firm of solicitors
* Good organisational skills
* Strong administrative skills
* Good written and verbal communication
* Good typing speed and accuracy
* Excellent telephone manner
* IT Proficiency (Microsoft Office & Database Management programs)
* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to work well as part of a Team and or on own initiative
