Description:
I'm currently recruiting for a Logistics Planner to join a busy team in Tullamore,Co. Offaly.
This is a full time permanent position with an immediate start.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and you will be required to plan in the work for our field-based colleagues, while liaising with customers and ensuring the job can be completed efficiently.
As a Logistics Planner you will:
* Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently
* Provide all required information for each job
* Organise the use of subcontractors if required, raising PO's
* Understand planning KPI's and the revenue tracker
* Ensure all information is recorded
* Order parts to be used for each job
What we need from you:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Logistics / Planning roles is essential
* Water Treatment knowledge (advantageous)
* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal* Being commercially driven to ensure the right decisions are made
