Warehouse Picking Operatives - Tamworth
£10.03 - £16.03
Introduction:
We have an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Order pickers to join our team based at our Tamworth depot:
Working in a chilled environment between 1-5 degrees, your role will involve picking orders using voice picking technology. Putting orders together for next-day delivery to our customers, you will be part of a warehouse team driven to deliver excellent customer service.
This role would be ideal for WarehouseOperatives looking to develop their career with a growing business - working with some of the UKs' biggest brands.
Duties:* Picking customer orders in our Warehouse.
* Ensuring all orders are being picked accurately using 'voice pick' technology,and deliveries are placed in the appropriate delivery pallets at all times, marking the order size on the delivery notes.
* Working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
* Logging product shortages and reporting them to the Management Team at the depot at the end of each shift.
* Ensuring all trays are stacked and kept in the designated placebefore the shift ends.
* Maintaining the depot's cleanliness and tidiness in work areas at all times.
* Ensuring all PPE issued is worn at all times.
Benefits:
* Morning, afternoon and evening shifts £10.03 p/h, increasing to £12.48 p/h after 42 hours per week (this is made up of base rates and incentives).
* Night shift (10pm - 6am) £11.58 p/h increasing to £14.03 p/h after 42 hours per week (this is made up of base rates and incentives).
* Saturday and Sunday (10pm-6am) £13.58 p/h increasing to £16.03 p/h after 42 hours
* £250 retention bonus after 6 weeks service.
* £300 bonus for working 6 days a week for 3consecutive weeks.
* Full or part time hours to suit.

* 09:00AM - 18:30PM
* 14:00PM - 22:00PM
* 18:00PM - 02:30AM
* 22:00PM - 06:00AM
