To support their ambitious goals, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing General Manager/Managing Director to lead a dedicated team.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the Manufacturing General Manager/Managing Director, you will hold responsibility for the day to day running of the company and its strategic direction, both from an Operational and Commercial perspective
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
* Overseeing the manufacturing operation to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.* Work closely with the Operations Manager with regards to commercial activities
* Leading and motivating a cross-functional team to deliver outstanding results.
* Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices.
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
* Meet with Senior management on a regular to review and analyse company's financial and operational performance, setting company budgets and forecasts
Qualifications and Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:* A proven track record of success in manufacturing leadership roles.
* Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
