Description:
Work Wales is currently seeking an experienced Production Operative for a well-established client. The successful candidate will beworking as part of a team carrying out various production tasks involved in manufacture and dispatch. You will be required to work with care, consistency, and reliability.
This role is based in Fforestfach and will involve working on a shift pattern (2 days, 2 night, 4 off)
The role will involve:
· Being based in a very hot Production environment near two furnaces
· Being fully aware of full PPE and strict Health & Safety procedures
· Immediate start for an ongoing long-term temporary vacancy with full time hours
· Use of machinery such as forklift truck and gantry
· Labouring duties to clear out the furnaces
The ideal candidate will:
· Have an excellent work ethic
· Flexibility with working hours
· You must be reliable in terms of timekeeping and absence levels
· A forklift license would be preferable, but prior forklift experience is essential
All successful candidates will be require to undergo an occupational health assessment prior to any employment.
