Work Wales have a new position for a Qualified Nurse to join a passionate and caring team who are wanting to make a difference inthe wellbeing of those they support. This position is within a small unit supporting individuals who have a mental illness diagnosis, or personality disorder.
The company's aim is to provide service users with targets and goals to reintegrate back intothe community and live independently. The company are looking for somebody who is positive, punctual, and motivated to make a difference in the life of the individuals they support.
What we are looking for:
* Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse or RNLD.
* Valid NMC registration.
* Experience working with mental health and challenging behaviours.
* Effective communication skills.
* Excellent administrative skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
* Effective organisational skills.
* Person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing, with dedication and compassionate nursing skills.
* To ensurean accurate method for the recording of patient's information.
* Demonstrate high values and a commitment to leading and supporting others.
