This opportunity is for a prestigious firm who specialise in recruiting within the Technology, Industrial and Life Sciences space. My client is looking for a researcher to come and join them on their FinTech/Technology team, this could be someone from acontingent background with a desire to move into Executive Search.
From day one the hire will be taught how to do proper Executive Search research which will involve continually developing an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clientsoperate.
Working within a candidate centric and busy environment mostly on an exclusive basis, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments.
In addition to a competitive base + bonus, you will have the opportunity to work with established practice directors, the opportunity to work on £multi-million contracts and exposure to huge market coverage.
