A boutique executive search business is looking for a delivery consultant/research associate. They are search specialists who work across High Tech, Industrial, Life Sciences, Energy and Private Equity sectors with clientsranging from large global corporates through to VC/PE backed organisations.
They are looking for a delivery consultant/research associate who has strong executive search experience who wants to work across a variety of functions on a global scale. The hire will lead the majority of a project, support the partner in the assessment and qualification of candidates and will manage the candidate through the interview process.

The ideal hire will have at least 18 months search experience, previous exposure to Technology, Industrial or Energy spaces would be seen as an advantage.
