MARKETING MANAGER
LIVERPOOL
£40,000 to £50,000 + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're proud to be supporting a leading business located in Liverpool who is on a huge growth trajectory with a plan to double their already significant turnover over the next 3 years.
They're now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the business in a 'hands on' marketing position to raise brand awareness, engagement with existing clients and to generate new sales enquiries through various channels. Whilst you won't immediately have a team working for you, in the coming months, you'll also be tasked with recruiting a new member of the team.
Whilst you'll be initially concentrating on theirB2B marketing strategy, in the coming months, they'll be launching a B2C side of the business. This is an exciting opportunityfor an expanding business that can offer real career prospects.
THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
* Creating and delivering strategic marketing campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and increase turnover inline with the ambitious growth plans.* Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.* Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and regularly reporting findings to the senior leadership team.
* Creatingsignificant photographic and video content for online and off-line material.
* Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites, brochures, and all other sales assets.
* Heading up projects to generate brand awareness.
*Plan and manage exhibits.
* Negotiating & Manage relationships with other creative/digital agencies.
* Create and deliver a digital marketing strategy covering social media, web content etc.
* To manage the promotion and positioning in the digital space, specifically on website, social media & publication websites
* Tracking of inbound leads through our CRM to demonstrate ROI from marketing campaigns.
* Write industry leading and thought leadership pieces contributing to company and industry blogs and e-communications.
* Analyse surveys, polls, and other market research to look for patterns and trends in the market and with competitors.
* Working with the sales team to make sure the brand and marketing campaigns are being presented in the best way possible.
* Design of any new POS for customers with retail showrooms.
* Updating and upholding brand guidelinesacross all touch points in the company - from packaging of products, price lists, samples, merchandising, and all communications.
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience as an all-round Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager
* Experience overseeingthe creation of a broad range of digital and traditional marketing materials, working with both in-house and external resource,* Ideally some basic abilities with Adobe InDesign & Photoshop
* Research driven, strategic thinker; commercially focused, well versed in the creation of multi-channel marketing plans for both B2B and B2C audiences.
* Experience of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social channels and a strong use of Google Analytics.
* Demonstrable knowledge of SEO, SEM and improving website visibility.
* Strong creative writing skills and impeccable grammar along with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent time management and task management skills.
* Proven track record of success in building a growing brand.
