BASE SALARY £18,500 to £22,000 + BONUS
FULLTIME HOURS AVAILABLE
Get Recruited is looking for Telesales Executive to join our team on a 6-month placement through the Kickstart Scheme. Successful individuals will be given the opportunity to join the business on a permanent basis to create a long term and highly rewarding career in the world of Sales & Recruitment.
Applicants must be:
* 18 to 24 years of age
*Currently on Universal Credit
* Currently Unemployed
* Looking for employment and/or training
The Telesales Executive Role:
You'll be joining the team as a Telesales Executive and will receive full training in the world of sales & recruitment, the role will include;
* Working closely with an expert recruiter
* Interacting with prospective, new and existing clients about our recruitment services and available candidates
* Sourcing and selecting candidates from job boards
* Advertising new vacancies on job boards
* Proactively calling candidates who have applied and who have been found on the job boards
*Screening candidates and matching them to the available positions
The Person:
* No previous experience in Sales or Recruitment is required
* Confident individual with a positive can-do attitude
* Able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and the Internet
* Team player
* Willing to learn and undertake full training
