Salary - £38,000 - £50,000Per Annum Negotiable Depending on Experience
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of our clients who are an establishedarchitectural practice based in Essex. They provide hand-drawn sketches, computer and physical models, CAD information and graphic documents at all stages of the design process as required. Their architectural designers and technicians work closely together to ensure their proposals are designed with creative flair, underpinned with technical proficiency. My clients extensive experience of working on new build, conversion and conservation projects at both planning and working drawing stages enables us to ensure a smooth transition from conceptual design, through the planning process and into construction.
With more than 30 years' experience in the residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, leisure, retirement and healthcare sectors, we have a breadth ofknowledge and expertise to address any project. Due to expansion, my client is now looking for an experienced Architectural Technical Manager to join the team to assist them with managing up and coming projects.
Responsibility & Duties
* AutoCAD / Revit CAD Drawings
* Take architectural specifications from concept right through to completion
* Produce working detailed construction drawings
* Project manage building projects across the board
* Attend site surveys when needed.
Experience & Qualification
* Architectural background, project management experience
* Driving license
* 7 Years industry experience
* AutoCAD experience is necessary, Revit Desirable
* Knowledge of BIM would be advantageous
* Understanding of the planning process
* Portfolio available upon request
* UK Building regulations understanding and NHBC Standards is essential
* Residential sector experience essential
