A brilliant opportunity has arisen for one of our clients who provide award-winning, multi-disciplinary professional consultancy services to the construction and property industry. They offer a range of services to help you get the most from client projects. From advisory, design, cost and project management services, my client can take care of it. With over 27 years' experience in providing high quality consultancy services, their expansive portfolio contains a vast range of award-winning residential, commercial and education projects. They offer a variety of architectural, BIM, surveying, M&E, project management and rights of lights services all over the UK
Due to continued expansion and rapid growth they are now looking for a AutoCAD / Revit MEP Technician to join their M&E sector with accurate intricate, models.
Responsibility& Duties
* Drawing/detail production from Engineers' sketches and from scratch using architectural drawings
Responsible for ensuring delivery of drawing work to agreed project programmes, whilst meeting commercial targets
* Able to develop concept ideals into drawing details
Ensure that CAD system is used effectively & drawing production follows company standardsExperience & Qualification
* 3D skills and experience using Revit
* Expert knowledge of AutoCAD
Experience of plant rooms for commercial, education and health care projects are required.
* Good computer and IT skills
Significant, relevant industry experience as a Building Services Technician, working on a range of projects
* This role would also suit someone junior and also someone with extensive industry experience
