Weare seeking a driven Technical Services Engineer with experience in providing solutions to construction based products. Ideallyyou will have some knowledge of passive fire protection, within building facades but this is not essential . As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to technical inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders regarding the design, installation, and performance of our client's products
The role
* Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with project management teams to address technical queries and provide solutions aligned with project requirements and product specifications.
* Analyse technical specifications, drawings, and projectplans to advise on the best product selection.
* Record technical inquiries and responses
The person
* Previous experience gained in a technical construction product role
* Experienced in technical writing, including the creation of technicalreports
* Strong problem solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Ability to convey technical information to a range of audiences
