Key Responsibilities:
1 First-Line Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions or escalating to higher-tier support when necessary.
2 Problem Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruption.
3 Customer Service: Deliverexceptional customer service by actively listening to users' concerns, empathizing with their frustrations, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
4 Documentation: Accurately document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
5 Training and Guidance: Assist users withbasic technical guidance and education, empowering them to resolve simple issues independently.
6 Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT team members to share knowledge, resolve complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
7Adaptability: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to adapt quickly to evolving IT landscapes.Qualifications:
1 High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in IT support are a plus.
2 Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
3 Active Directory exp
4 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5 Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
6 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
8 Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is desirable but not mandatory.
