This leading Travel Management Company are seeking a highly-skilled, customer-focused, Senior Business Travel Consultant to join their global entertainment team.
This team provides end-to-end, full scope travel services for Entertainment, News/Media and Sports VIP clients. If you arecomfortable working in a fast-paced environment and providing a high level of service we would love to hear from you.
DUTIES:* Creating complex travel itineraries including air, hotel, car and rail for high touch accounts and top tier (VIP, Concierge, Film/TV Production, News and Publicity) travellers
* Handling special requests including hotel upgrades, artist riders, junkets, charter flights, car service, excess baggage and production vehicles, etc
* Offering the best options based on client travel policy and requirements for each interaction
* Respond to requests (phone, email, chat) promptly, completely, and professionally
* Demonstrates excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
* Resolving complex problems/escalations including non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares for all traveller types and destinations globally
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Previous Business Travel experience
* Experience working on dedicated media or entertainment accounts
* Working knowledge of a GDS system Sabre or Amadeus
* Excellent fares knowledge of both nett and published airfares
* Experience as a travel counsellor in the areas of VIP, Concierge, Relocation and/or other specialty travel
*Exceptional worldwide flights knowledge coupled with good selling skills to handle new airfare contracts etc.
* A fast and flexible working attitude
WORKING HOURS & PACKAGE:
* Competitive basic salary (subject to experience and location) along with excellent company benefits.
* Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6pm alongside the office hours.
