I'm an investor, not a lender. Although the service I am providing is identical to that of a loan, it is in fact an investment. The difference between the two, being the legalities surrounding either.
I provide a contractual agreement to bind the agreement between both the client and I. The process is entirely legal and above the table.
I charge high interest to ensure that my investments are profitable. If you are not prepared for this then I would advise that you look elsewhere for funding.
I take my business dealings very seriously. I have been warned about the characters I may find on Craig's List, and therefore require proof of address, employment and any other necessities I feel relevant to the safety of our agreement.
