Guar Gum Powder –
Guar Gum Powder, also known as Guaran is one of the major raw materials used in different industries as a thickener and emulsifying agent. The guar powder is been derived from the guar seeds and hence known as guar gum powder. As compared with other hydrocolloids these guar seeds have high low shear viscosity and are effective stabilizers as well. Gomme de guar consists of galactose and mannose and hence makes it as a good stabilizer.
