Easy Cleaners is a family-run cleaning company based in west London, Ealing.
Many houses in London are divided into flats and there is usual one common staircase and entrance. We provide common areas cleaning service on a regular basis. We can take care of your residential or commercial building and make sure it looks constantly clean and tidy.
Our Common Areas Cleaning service offers you:
• all carpeted areas vacuumed (staircase, corridor, hallway, entrance);
• all hard floors vacuumed & mopped;
• all common areas skirting boards and staircase rails dusted;
• all windows, window frames and sills cleaned inside;
• all doors and mirrors cleaned;
• cobweb removal;
• sweeping around bins (leaves/rubbish)
This service can be organized for you on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
We have an excellent references, at the moment we work for 4 estate agencies and many private landlords.
The price range is between £25 - £50 for one place/house.
It all depends on how large is the common area, how many sets of
stairs/floors it consists and in which part of London the property is based.
We provide our own cleaning materials and equipment and it is included in our prices.
