Hi there! My name is Joe and cleaning on and off for over 10yrs now.
I have been cleaning houses / offices / sites etc for 10 years now so I am really good at it. On top of that I am extremely reliable, trustworthy, professional, discreet and generally a very nice decent person (I put that in as I know it can be a bit nerve-wracking letting a stranger clean your home / workplace but be assured I take my responsibility very seriously and will do a good a job as if it were my own house!)
I charge £15 per hour and do a 2 hours minimum (depending on distance) and I work quickly and vigorously. You will definitely get your money's worth. If there's anything you need me to do differently you just let me know, I am open and flexible - I want you to be completely satisfied.

If after the first clean you decide it's not for you then no hard feelings at all and I wish you well, but if you're happy we can book in a regular weekly / fortnightly slot convenient to you.
