If a user has to get AVG secure VPN uninstalled from windows 10 then for that the user should log in with admin permissions and should also see to it that there is no other application or security software running on the system then right click the windows start button and further select “applications and features” from the list that shows on the screen , then from the next list that appears select “AVG secure VPN” and then click “uninstall” as you see the user account control dialog box then click “yes” as you see the VPN uninstaller then click “ yes” to confirm the removal then wait for the process to complete and then click “ok.”
