The Role
This is a trainee position ideally for a business management graduate, however other degrees will be considered. Will suit an applicant who is looking for a role in which to develop a long term career. Full training is available.
The successful candidate will work with and learn from 3 Senior Operations Managers. You will be immersedin practical learning to develop skills within:
* Operational support management
* Customer relations
* Social media* Marketing
* Team leadership
* Business development
Requirements
Successful applicants will have the followingqualifications, skills and attributes:
* Qualified to degree level (or equivalent)
* Self-driven with a hungry mentality and strong work ethic
* Confident, hard-working and adaptable
* Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
* Flexibility to manage multiple tasks
* Professional approach, efficient and friendly manner
* Reliable, enthusiastic and ableto work using own initiative
