Commercial Mechanical Project Manager - Manchester based - £40,000 - £55,000/ annum + bonuses and benefits.
WHO? Would you be working for?
* You will be working for a leading M&E construction, services and property group.That covers the whole of the UK.
WHAT? Are they looking for from a Commercial Mechanical Project Manager?
* Must live within driving distance to Stockport, Manchester.
* Must be from a commercial gas background.
* Ideally have experience of working on plant rooms.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence.
* At least 3 years practical experience working on sites.
* Experience on commercial and reactive sites are preferable.
* You must be driven with a view for expansion and growth.
* Havea good knowledge of Commercial Mechanical Contracts both in Social Housing and Private sectors.
* Be fully conversant with managing remote engineers utilising Tablets, IT and dynamic resource scheduling.
* Have strong existing relationships with the Northwest with both Clients and Supply Chain.
HOW? Will you be working?
You would be working as a Project Manager to oversee both new and existing commercial Projects / Contracts based at the main office in Stockport, Manchester.
* Manage a newly formed team of Supervisors, Administrators, Sub Contractors and Engineers to maximise profitability, quality and teamwork.
* Supervise existing contracts ensuring KPI's, Performance, Quality, Contract Compliance, Margins and H&S are tracked at all times.
* Plan and strengthen existing relationships with clients.
* Negotiate, renew and review contracts as and when required.* Attend and lead consistent Toolbox Talks
* Attend regular contract meetings with various clients and ensure customer satisfaction
* Liaise with our Bid Team to contribute ideas when reviewing tenders and attend interviews as required for all new business.

HOURS? What hours will I be working?
* 40 hour working week.
* 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
* Overtime paid at time & half and double time.
