I am partnered with a top tier executive search firm who have mandated us to search for a Consultant or Principal to sit within their Technology practice to focus on IT Services. This practice works with some of the most innovative IT services providers from around the world and has an excellent reputation across IoT, artificial intelligence, HPC, cyber securityand platform computing.
Of all the top tier firms I would describe this business as the least "stuffy", they are very collaborative and would describe the practices all working together as a fleet of small, nimble ships rather than one large ocean liner. This practices works on C and NED level roles across an international remit.
This person will be responsible for helping to grow the practice further and for delivering high level search assignments. Personality is a massive consideration of myclient they are a lot less stuffy than other leading firms and like slightly quirky profiles. This candidate must be able to communicate successfully at a senior level. They will have strong academics, a high level of intellect and tenacity as well as strong communication and research skills. They will be efficient at establishing and maintaining relationships with both clients andcandidates as well as internally.
