Are you an experienced HSE Manager looking for a new opportunity?

My client is a FMCG manufacturer based near Manchester, they are now they are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join their team.

You will be covering all aspects of HSE management, training, and general site services, whilst providing technical expertise to members of senior management .

This role will give youthe opportunity to really drive a positive culture change within the business by communicating with your colleagues effectivelyYou will have responsibility for all site services such as site security, Fire/COSHH and manual handling training

A big part of being the primary coordinator for health & safety & environmental activities will be reviewing, updating and maintaining site Health, Safety & Environmental Management Systems as well as ensuring all staff are adhering to these high standards. Any objectives and progress will need to be effectively communicated to the SMT too.

This role will suit someone with:* Safety & Environmental qualifications e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH certifications
* A technical background & significant experience in Pharma, Chemical or large scale Food Manufacturing environments

In return you will receive a salary of up to £60,000 as well as a competitive pension, PMI, 25 days holiday and free car parking on site.
