Engineering Supervisor - Bridgwater - £40k + Benefits- Days
Role: Engineering Supervisor
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: £40,000 + Benefits
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00 (Early finish on a Friday)

iO Associates are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual to lead and motivate a team on the manufacturing line, with otherduties including:
* Planned and Preventative Maintenance of automation equipment
* Scheduling project work, upgrades andsystem modifications
* Support Continuous Improvement on site
* Manage all the asset care activities in your cell includingcontractor management and budgets
* Focus on the top Machine Mechanical Efficiency losses
* Take reasonable care for Healthand Safety of yourself and others on site
* Hazard reporting
To be considered for this role you must have:
* 5 years'minimum experience within Maintenance Engineering
* Strong background in AM/PPM
* Have some experience mentoring, leading junior members of staff
* Experience of process control, pasteurisation, heat transfer and fluid mechanics (desired)
