Food Production Supervisor - Limerick
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Food ProductionSupervisor to join an expanding business in Limerick. Working with a small team in a brand new state of the art production facility, this is an excellent opportunity to get exposure to many different aspects of the production processes.
Ideally you willhave a minimum of 2 years' experience working within a similar environment, knowledge of machinery and experience in maintenance of machinery would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of the facility for the preseason start up.
* Liaise with existing HACCP Consultant and Technical Maintenance/Service Agents on the production of product both in advance, duringand after each cycle.
* Supervise a small team who will be responsible for the pressing pasteurisation and containment of theproduct in both bulk and bottle storage.
* Responsible for all quality control, traceability records in both hard and soft copy.
* Setting out production programme on a weekly and monthly basis with Senior Management
* Opportunity and interest to expand product range which will involve engineering of new products.

Requirements
* Degree in Engineering or FoodScience.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in food production.
* HACCP trained
* Maintenance of machinery would be advantageous.
The position is working days only Monday to Friday.
