As a result, we're looking to hire TWO talented Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the business to; start their journey in recruitment, receive unparalleled ongoing training and the opportunity to specialise in one of our successful divisions where you'll go on to beone of our future experts.

The Role
* As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant withGet-recruited, you will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of candidates, using the best tech in the market
* Proactively manage and maintain our database of candidates, by developing relationships with candidates and clients
* Learn how to negotiate, influencing, and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome
* Develop a strong commercial awarenessof the different market you are working on to generate leads to call which will support your business development activity as you develop to a 360 Consultant
* Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
* Resource candidates from job boards and relevant sources
* Meeting clients and candidates
About you
* Graduate or graduate-calibre candidate
* Someone who loves to talk
* Confidence!
* Motivated to learn and through our ongoing training and implement
* Proven track record of demonstrating resilience, with an 'can-do' attitude
* Competitive and goal orientated
* Financially motivated
* Excellent verbal and written skill
