My client is an executive search boutique who are split into two halves - financial services (fund management, research andprivate equity) and Industrials (key areas; property, infrastructure, energy and utilities). The business is performing very well and last year the group annual revenue was over £5m. This business are a collection of very experienced search professionals,they are a down to earth, credible and have a strong reputation.
They are looking for a fee earner who has the capabilityof winning their own search work within HR This individual will have a track record working at CHRO and HRD level.
This business are part of a professional services group and have a sister HR Services business who operate separately. They share thesame beliefs and values which allows them to provide their clients with a much broader solutions. As a well-established boutiquesearch firm, this broader product offering enables the business to stand out from the competition whilst giving the team a platform to market that regularly competes against some of the much larger firms. They have a culture which encourages cross sellingallow further leverage.
