THE OPPORTUNITY:
I am currently recruiting for my client based in Central London for a Graduateto join them as an International Risk Management Analyst to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implementing current risk management frameworks to ensure that risks to the Company's strategic and operational objectives are identified, assessed, monitored andcontrolled in a transparent and efficient manner and escalate issues as appropriate to the Risk Committee(s).
* Facilitatingrisk assessments to ensure that all existing, new and emerging risks are appropriately captured and managed.
* Working with senior management and relevant business units to refine Risk Tolerances and Key Risk indicators, to ensure all metrics remain relevant and reflect the Company's appetite for defined types of risk.
* Liaising with stakeholders to complete quarterly Risk Appetite Tolerance and Key Risk Indicator testing.
* Updating the risk register, capturing the risks and mitigating controls to the Company and using it to articulate the Company's risk profile.
* Completing Quarterly review of all risks and controls, andupdating the Risk Management software (Magique) with any amendments.
* Managing the process for the capture of loss events and near misses, as well as investigate and document the root cause of incidents and planned remedial actions.
* Enhancing the process for the identification and monitoring of emerging risks; aligned to longer term strategic plans and considering wider, "environmental" matters and deteriorations in existing risks.
* Production of risk reports for the Board, Risk Committee and others as required.
* Maintain records and progress trackers of all Risk Management activities.
* Production of company ORSAs for publication to Risk Committee(s) and regulatory supervisors as required.
* Submitting all information necessary to meet statutory and regulatory requirements on time to the appropriate Committees, Boards and external bodies.
* To act in accordance with all applicable Supervisory Bodies, principles, rules and regulations.
THE PERSON:
* 2:1 degree within a commerciallybased training subject - business, commerce, economics, geography or accountancy
* Experience within Risk Management is desirable (work placement)
* Forward-thinking, hardworking and meticulous
* Fully IT literate within all Microsoft Office packagesABOUT THE BENEFITS:
* £23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience
