Our client is a specialist boutique search firm that exclusively moves Senior Technology Executives into Private Equityand their portfolios across Europe. The business is 100% retained search and covers permanent portfolio CIO/CTO's, Senior Technology Advisors on pre-deal due diligence and post-deal evaluation as well as Technology Operating Partners.
The business isa growing 6 year old boutique with ambitious growth plans, they are privately owned and were founded on the principle that onlydeep domain market knowledge, gained from operating within one space over many years, enables you to provide true advisory services around board composition.
They are very well networked within the European investor led tech market so business development is not an issue for this business. They are looking for a Principal to sit within the Venture Capital side of the business. This is a 180 role with absolutely no business development. The successful hire will need to know how to execute and manage clients.
