REDHILL, SURREY
UP TO £35,000 PER ANNUM + £45K OTE (UNCAPPED) + FREE PARKING + PROGRESSION + BENEFITS!THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are currently recruiting for a client based in Redhill for a Sales Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be growing existing customer accounts, following up sales orders and making calls to support customers from order through to delivery.
The successful candidate must be target driven & self-motivated who wants to progress.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a consultative B2B role, within product sales. If you pride yourself on being able to build strong relationships with your customers whilst being able to manage key accounts, then this could be the role for you!
This role is split 50% New Business and 50% Existing Accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Proactively seek out and exploit new opportunities and customers
* Work with existing customers to grow their sales* Work with technology vendors to introduce their products
* Forecast sales and manage stock within company guidelines
* Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets
* Achieve or surpass agreed P&L targets
* Work with colleagues to hit personal and team KPI's
* Report sales and prospect progress weekly
THE PERSON:
* Minimum of 2 years within B2BSales/Account Management
* Experience working within technology product distribution would be ideal
