Get Recruited are currently supporting a global leader who operate within the FMCG market who, due to exponential growth, are seeking a Sales Manager to join their growing team.
Asthe Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing and continuously improving the sales strategy for theUK team. You will be overseeing a team, whilst promoting the company's products within the designated markets.

THE ROLE:
* As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing sales goals, strategies and objectives
* Prepare and develop company policies and guidelines for your team to follow
* Oversee the day to day operations for the field team
* Measure results and optimise sales operations
* Conduct market research, identifying different ways in which to increase revenue
* Drive the growth of the business
THE PERSON:
* At least 3 years experience withinthe FMCG market is essential
* Business Development / Account Manager / Area Sales / Territory Sales / Field Sales experienceis essential
* Previous managerial experience, preferably of a field sales team
* Demonstrable ability to lead, coach and grow a team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
