A tier one client of ours is looking for an Analyst for their Investment Banking Team that sits in the widerFS practice.
This FS practice is very meritocratic and faster paced than other tier one FS practices, evident in that the majority of top billers have come through the ranks. Compared to other tier ones they are slightly more transactional as they havemore mandates per associate. The hire must flourish in a faster paced environment. They will be required to map out the landscapes of banks and boutiques and will be doing this at present and be happy to continue doing this and speaking with possible candidates and market sources.
The ideal candidate will have at least 9months' experience within a search firm. That being said my client will consider someone with a contingent background with 2-3 years experience who is keen to get into executive search.The successful candidate will be a polished graduate with good academics who can work in an intense, fast paced environment.My client can offer you a great career path and long term opportunity, the average tenure is over 7 years.
