My client is a medium sized, boutique interim management, consultancy and retained executivesearch firm. Due to continued success and growth they are looking for a Senior Search consultants to join their growing Supply Chain and Procurement practice.
This role will focus on Heads of and Director level roles for businesses who are going througha transformational stage of their business cycle. This is a very successful business with Interims annual average GP/head is over £700k and the Search annual average GP/head is over £400k!
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is personable andenjoys working in a collaborative and collegiate environment, they will have over 5 years experience as a recruitment consultant or search professional and will appreciate the value of brand loyalty, they will have a strong billing record and will want tocontinue their success and earn more, they will have a network within the Procurement and Supply Chain and will be able to leverage their relationships to help build a growing practice.
